‘Undergrowth’

A cat skull rests amongst the beautifully delicate dahlias that grow over it, consuming the morbidity and replacing it with beauty, a bumble bee investigates. 
 
This piece is completely hand sewn with golden wires into it's vintage velvet base and housed in a 12 inch glass dome.
